General Information

The Bookstore offers a large variety of needed products including books, supplies and discounted computer items. Trade paperbacks, hardcover fiction and non-fiction are available as well as general merchandise items such as book bags, totes, sweatshirts, etc. Each month the Bookstore sponsors a Student Spotlight and awards a yearly Excellence in Academics Scholarship.

Textbooks purchased at the Bookstore may be returned for a refund until the last day of the add/drop period. An official drop form must be provided along with the dated bookstore receipt. Books must be in resalable condition with no writing in it in order to receive a refund. Trade paperbacks, hardcover fiction and non-fiction are non-refundable.

The University Store is located on campus in the EIT building, directly across from the Student Center.

Return Policy (Course Material)

• Books may only be returned if you have dropped a class, or if you have purchased an incorrect book. You must show your schedule indicating you have dropped the class.
• A valid receipt or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original form of tender and allowed during the first six (6) days of class only.
• New books must be in absolutely NEW condition. (No writing, bent, soiled or wrinkled pages, etc.)
• Books with shrink wrap removed cannot be returned.
• CDs MUST be included, if applicable.
• Access codes must be intact.

Return Policy (Merchandise & Apparel)

• Merchandise and apparel may be exchanged or refunded to the original form of tender within 30 days of purchase.
• A valid receipt or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges.
• Products returned without a receipt may be exchanged for items of equal value.
• Apparel must be in original, new condition and must include all original manufacturer and store tags. Apparel with make-up, deodorant, odors or any signs of wear are not returnable.
• Merchandise must be in its original condition and original packaging.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• All sales are final on Clearance items.

Return by Mail (Online Orders): 

1. Package your items securely.
2. Include a copy of your packing list or confirmation email, and the reason for your return. If you do not have this information, please include a note with your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and reason for your return.
3. Use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s).
4. Retain your tracking information and shipping receipt until your refund is issued.
